Every Nush Jewels piece is lovingly handmade, so please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order. For custom or made-to-order treasures, we might need a little extra time — but we’ll keep you posted! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS

If you have any issues with your delivery (e.g., missing, damaged, or misrouted packages), please contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly! Just a heads-up: we may not be able to help with delivery issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery. 💛
